Overview

These programs are a structured personal development experience designed to support participants in strengthening self-trust, self- belief, clarity, and personal accountability. Enrollment indicates a commitment to engage respectfully and responsibly with the program container.

Cancellations:

You may with withdraw from the program at your own will at any time.

No Refund Policy

All payments, are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions, early withdrawal, or non-participation.

Reschedules

If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you MUST PROVIDE YOUR COACH WITH A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS’ NOTICE.

If client does not honor attending the scheduled sessions and does not complete each session within the allotted program time, client is subject to individual per-session fees until program sessions are completed as desired. With proper advanced notice (no less than 24 hours), you may reschedule up to 2 sessions (out of the total 12 sessions for 90-Day program and 1 reschedules for 14-Day challenges). If you try to reschedule more than the allotted grace reschedules or do not attend an appointment your participation in the program will be suspended. There will be a $25.00 reinstatement of program fee if you wish to continue the program. The fee for any missed sessions without 24 notice and more than allotted reschedule grace periods for sessions still needed outside of allotted program time will be a discounted price of $50 per missed sessions + $25.00 reinstatement fee if your program was suspended due to non-compliance.

Please note that if you have documentable special circumstances (such as illness) or grave personal difficulties (such as a death in the family), exceptions may be made if all 3 reschedules have been used and the single session missed is now outside of program allotted time can be rescheduled outside of program allotted time. The additional reschedule for excused absence will not accrue a fee.

Participant Responsibility Results are not guaranteed and depend on the participant’s level of engagement and application. This program is educational and supportive in nature and is not therapy or medical treatment.

Agreement
